Hampton Inn Elmira/Horseheads

I requested a late arrival because I had an early flight the next morning. I was visiting family and didn’t want to disturb them in the middle of the night. You are always told to be at the airport a full 2 hours before your flight leaves. When I said that I would only be in the room for a few hours as I needed to be at the airport by 4am, the gal who checked me in said, “I don’t think the airport even opens that early!” I finished giving her my ID and card for incidentals and proceeded to my room. A few minutes later, my hotel telephone rang, the gal had looked up the time of the airport opening for me. What a blessing to have someone go the extra mile to help me! This was so kind and helpful, it allowed me an extra hour of sleep in the comfy bed in my room.

I've never stayed at a hotel where the stay was more accommodating! Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure all of my rooms and changes to rooms were taken care of! They were even more than accommodating for our large truck and trailer.

The room was clean and large enough. The staff very friendly and helpful. This is the best hotel I found so far in the area. Located near the mall and restaurants. Most probably return on my next business trip.

Breakfast, location and the staff were all great! Everyone was very friendly and my kids loved the pool.

The entire hotel were extremely clean. The staff were friendly. Loved being able to get tea when we would come back at night.
